Although I am not a very strict person when it comes to downtimes and performance (nothing is perfect and when millions of people use the internet it’s bound to be slow), but when it comes to customer service, I need the best. Simply put, I am not a tech /internet savvy person and when something goes wrong with my appliances like my tv or dvd player, the only thing I can do is bang it, hope for it to work, and if not to call a technician to fix it for me. And with web hosting, even if I knew what I was doing, the servers are located in the main data center, therefore, ruling out my going their directly to fix it myself. Thus, when I tested BlueHost’s customer service, I knew it was the right company for me. First off, I would like to applaud BlueHost in the fact that they divide their customer service into many sub departments that will help serve their customer specific needs better, technical support, sales support, billing support, abuse department, and a department for small businesses. Furthermore, all of their phone lines are 24/7 with fast call answers, and one can also contact them via e-mail.
