BlueHost web hosting has been the finest experience in web hosting in my life! I started purchasing BlueHost packages around 3 years ago, and the performance and reliability of BlueHost servers has never changed since. I run and e-commerce business selling merchandise online, and when my website is slow or completely down, that is an opportunity for competitors to take my customers away from me. Therefore, I need a reliable web host that will have fast upload times along with very good uptime guarantees. Both of which BlueHost offers; with their connections with worldwide renown isp companies and with their 99.9% uptime guarantee I don’t have to worry about losing customer due to server slowness or downtime. Furthermore, with cPanel, and other tools that BlueHost gives to me free I can further enhance to website to attract more customers. Consider BlueHost if you are serious about creating a reliable and fast website!

When my friend recommended me to BlueHost, I was skeptical, for my web host was doing just fine, offering me, what I thought at the time, to be a hoard of features, disk space, and bandwidth. So when I checked out BlueHost web hosting, you could have imagined my face when I saw that they offered nearly a third more disk space, bandwidth, and a heck of a lot more features my current web host was giving me for about half the price! And when I did more research trying to dig up some dirt on the company, I couldn’t find any! The only information I found was that the company has been selling web hosting since 1996 and that they are still in business because of their solid reputation. Therefore, I decided to purchase my next website on one of their servers, and I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of both their servers and their customer support. Truly BlueHost has been in business for so long because of their ability to satisfy their customers.

When my website on my old web hosting companies servers were down once a week, I knew It was time to go shopping for a new web host. And while I was searching I saw that BlueHost had won a multitude of awards from different and reliable sources. Therefore, I went to check out their package and what they had to offer. What I saw amazed me300 GB of disk space, 3000 GB of bandwidth, and more features, including a domain name free of charge, 2500 POP3 web-based e-mail accounts, unlimited add-on domains, FTP, cPanel, Fantastico scripts, and much more for only $6.95 a month! This was a fantastic deal indeed, and when I checked out their customer service, I took the hook, line, and sinker all in, with pleasure. BlueHost’s customer service is organized into different departments and they use a very intricate ticket waiting system, which helps process more request and faster.

BlueHost is the first web hosting company that I have ever signed up for, and to say the least, I have been very pleased with the services I am getting. For about 9 months running so far, BlueHost has hosted my website with only two main problems with downtime, and both of them were fixed without major problems. BlueHost offered me a very reasonable package that encompassed 300 GB of disk space, 3000 GB of bandwidth, and many features and tools for only $6.95 a month! Furthermore, BlueHost includes a very to use and helpful control panel and great customer service. At first I thought that using BlueHost would be too complicated, but after visiting their website and playing around with the sample control panel that they offer as a demo, I was instantly convinced into buying their package. In addition, they offer FrontPage extensions which are very useful in developing your website.

Although I am not a very strict person when it comes to downtimes and performance (nothing is perfect and when millions of people use the internet it’s bound to be slow), but when it comes to customer service, I need the best. Simply put, I am not a tech /internet savvy person and when something goes wrong with my appliances like my tv or dvd player, the only thing I can do is bang it, hope for it to work, and if not to call a technician to fix it for me. And with web hosting, even if I knew what I was doing, the servers are located in the main data center, therefore, ruling out my going their directly to fix it myself. Thus, when I tested BlueHost’s customer service, I knew it was the right company for me. First off, I would like to applaud BlueHost in the fact that they divide their customer service into many sub departments that will help serve their customer specific needs better, technical support, sales support, billing support, abuse department, and a department for small businesses. Furthermore, all of their phone lines are 24/7 with fast call answers, and one can also contact them via e-mail.

BlueHost has given me a great package which consists of 300 GB of disk space, 3000 GB of bandwidth, a set of FrontPage extensions, unlimited domains, and much more for only $6.95 a month! Furthermore, my old web hosting company was charging me almost double the price without the same amount of features! And with BlueHost web hosting, they offer you professional business services and web hosting tools paired with excellent customer service. When I was trying to transfer my domain over to my newly purchased server from BlueHost, I was having some difficulties, but when I called the technicians at customer support, my phone call was answered within 3 minutes and they even gave me an over the phone walkthrough, free of charge! With this type of performance and customer service for such a low price, it feels like I’m almost stealing from them! Ha ha try BlueHost and you will see what I mean.
